KUDO Energy Services transports loads large and small with our modern transport fleet. From small loads to large heavy hauls, rig support and equipment moving, we focus on creating efficiencies and adding value for our customers. KUDO Energy Services operates a fleet of boom trucks ranging from 3-ton to 45-ton, winch tractors up to 30-ton and various trailer setups. Additionally, we offer site delivery and pilot truck services. Our crews are highly skilled with ample experience in service rig moves, drilling rig moves, heavy equipment hauling, plant crane work, pipeline work and much more.

KUDO has a 7,200 square foot fabrication facility located in Bonnyville, Alberta. With 5 acres of storage, we have the ability to construction and store large structural items inside our CWB certified facility. We also carry ABSA certification and can fabricate piping and repair or alter pressure vessels as well. Currently, the facility is located directly off of Highway 41 with adjacent access and the ability to utilize an additional 20+ acres depending on project requirements.

KUDO Energy Services has the ability to complete a variety of facility projects from single well setups to large, complex facilities including ASME Section I boiler repairs and alterations. Our skilled staff will complete projects of any size, safely, efficiently, on time and under budget.

KUDO Energy Services has the ability to construct above ground steam pipelines up to a diameter of 42”. Our experienced and knowledgeable quality control team and our welding staff are key to our success on these projects and contribute to our low repair rate.

Our team is competent in providing plant turnaround work, facility modifications, field maintenance, general plant maintenance, pipeline maintenance and repairs, as well as integrity digs and inspections. We will develop a maintenance or repair plan that best suits our customer and execute with efficiency and organization.

Workplace health and safety is vital to KUDO Energy Services.
We believe in a zero injury workplace and are continually creating a culture to support this objective. The primary goal of KUDO Energy Services is ensuring all workers make it home safe at the end of each day. Through our new employee orientations, mentoring and continuing education, we deliver the tools to help keep workers informed and knowledgeable on our safe work culture.
Monthly general safety meetings are held to review safety statistics, safety observations, recent incidents, lessons learned from incidents and any present safety concerns from the area. In addition, daily tailgate meetings are held on each job site for review of daily activities, safety hazards, policies and any concerns before starting the work day. Comprehensive safety training is provided to employees and includes programs such as basic first aid, CPR, WHMIS, H2S Alive, fall arrest, and defensive driving. KUDO Energy Services has received a Certificate of Recognition (COR) from the Alberta Construction Safety Association and is a member in good standing with Comply Works as well as ISNet World. Workers are required to report on positive and potentially hazardous conditions, as well as all near misses which are investigated. Our leading / lagging indicator reporting program is effective in reducing injuries in the workplace.
